At Rat & Boa, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all full-priced items that remain in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that all returns must be initiated through our online portal to ensure a smooth and tracked transition back to our warehouse.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with all original Rat & Boa tags and packaging into a secure mailing bag or box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
